Thank you for your inquiry on submitting an ad to “Alumnae Exchange”

Deadlines

• Jan. 15 for the spring issue out in March
• April 15 for the summer issue out in June
• July 15 for the fall issue out in September
• Oct. 15 for the winter issue out in December

Ad rates are $2 per word. Ads must be less than 75 words and include your undergraduate and married name, if any, as well as class year. All ad copy must contain an alumna’s name and class year.

Ads are printed in the magazine and posted on SAQonline.smith.edu. We’re sorry, but right now, an ad cannot be posted online earlier than the issue it is scheduled to appear.

To Submit an Ad

1) E-mail your ad to admith.edu. If you must mail your ad, please type and mail it to the address below. Please do not use abbreviations in the copy. We will confirm your ad has been received ONLY if it has been e-mailed.

To Determine Cost

1) Count the words in the ad, including heading, or use the “word count” function on your word processing program to determine word amount.

2) Make check payable to: Smith Alumnae Quarterly
